These terms apply to your use of Gizly (gizly.com). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What Gizly is
Gizly publishes deals, price drops, coupons and buying guides from Canadian retailers and online stores. We do not sell products. When you buy something, you buy it from the retailer, under the retailer’s own terms, prices, shipping and return policies.
Prices and availability
We check each deal against the retailer’s listing when we post it, but prices, stock and promotions change without notice, sometimes within minutes. The price on the retailer’s website at checkout is the one that applies. Gizly is not responsible for price changes, pricing errors, sold-out items or a retailer’s refusal to honour a price.
Affiliate links and advertising
Some links on Gizly are affiliate links, and some pages show advertising. If you buy through an affiliate link, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Paid placements are labelled “Sponsored”. Our Affiliate Disclosure explains how this works.
Third-party websites
Gizly links to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, services or privacy practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.
Your submissions
If you send us a deal, a correction, a comment or another submission, you confirm that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. You give Gizly permission to publish, edit and use it on the site without payment. Please do not send confidential information.
Acceptable use
Please do not:
- use the site for anything unlawful or misleading
- try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems
- copy or scrape content in bulk, or republish it as your own
- post spam, malware or content that infringes someone else’s rights
We may remove content or block access if these terms are broken.
Content and trademarks
The text, design and original images on Gizly belong to Gizly unless stated otherwise. You may share links to our pages and quote short passages with credit. Product names, logos, brands and store names belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify products and stores. Their use does not mean those companies endorse or are affiliated with Gizly.
No warranties
Gizly is provided “as is”. We work to keep information accurate and current but do not guarantee that it is complete, error-free or suitable for your purpose. Nothing on Gizly is financial, legal or professional advice. See our Disclaimer.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Gizly and its owners are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, from relying on information published here, or from any purchase made from a third-party retailer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use Gizly after a change means you accept the updated terms.
